Another day, another cafe. This time in Setia Alam.
Is it worth travelling all the way to Setia Alam for this? I’d say it’s worth one visit.
The cafe is located on the first floor of a new building / mall called Sunsuria which also houses probably the largest Book Xcess store in Klang Valley.
I visited the cafe on a weekend and it was more crowded than I expected it to be, which is a first good sign.

In picture: Salmon Miso Rice & Hojicha Latte
I read reviews about the salmon miso rice and it definitely did not disappoint. I’ve never really had salmon cooked with thick gravy / broth before so it was quite an interesting take. While the broth looks creamy, it was quite lightly flavoured and it pairs really nicely with the rice and mushroom & broccoli.
As for the Hojicha latte, it was too milky for me and I personally didn’t like it even though I saw almost every table in the restaurant ordering this drink. The burnt taste from the Hojicha was strong but the even stronger milky after taste just killed it for me.

This is the Sambalnara, also another must order.
However, this is a no-go for me. I’d rate it a 3/10. It’s supposed to be sambal carbonara but it honestly didn’t taste like it. The sambal was underwhelming. It was spicy but didn’t taste like sambal to me. Also, throwing sausages into the dish feels like a very half-hearted dish which I can just cook at home instead.

Here is their Tiramisu Cake.
Not the best I have tasted but its alright to order! The cake itself is taller compared to a usual slice of cake. However, I found it slightly dry as I love my Tiramisu cake to be very moist and soaked. One of the better ones I have tasted will be in La Risata.
