Le Claire Patisserie @ Union Roastery, Citta Mall

Found a new dessert spot in PJ with good desserts. Often time aesthetically beautiful desserts are enticing but their flavour and taste does not do justice.

Thankfully the desserts by Le Claire Patisserie at Union Roastery is pretty on point and I would definitely revisit for more.

I ordered the Nutty Kisses which was delicious! I tend to gravitate towards hazelnut and chocolate and was instantly sold when I saw this. It’s a rich and dense dessert which is quite ideal for sharing.

This is their supposedly famous Choux Pastry. I ordered their set which came with one flavour each, salted caramel, chocolate, hazelnut, matcha and red velvet. They very kindly gave me two hazelnuts as they ran out of one other flavour.

Personally loved this and I can see why it is their signature. While not as pretty looking as the other desserts, it is absolutely delicious. It has a light and crunchy crust and a nice dense filling on the inside, almost like a cream puff. I also found the flavours very nice and rich without tasting artificial.

Here’s their bob-omb, which tasted bomb.¬†Chocolate mousse, coffee cremeux, chocolate sponge, salted caramel with a chocolate crunchy base cannot go wrong. Plus, how cute is this?!

This is their terribly cute Super Mario! It is essentially a chocolate caramel mousse, banana compote, chocolate sponge with a chocolate crunchy base. I love any dessert with banana and its combination with chocolate can hardly go wrong.

I am generally impressed that their desserts taste as good as they look and would definitely be back to try out their other offerings.
